Ijaz Gul received Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2021, and Master’s degree in Biotechnology in 2016 from University of Arid Agriculture Rawalpindi, Pakistan. He is a postdoctoral fellow.  Dr. Gul’s research interests include CRISPR/Cas- and enzyme-based virus detection, directed enzyme evolution, protein engineering, and biodegradation. He loves cricket, billiard, and hiking.
